COMMUNION – BAD 217

This course is an historical and thematic examination of the contents of how believers should approach communion. The class will discuss intimacy and fellowship. Students are to participate in Communion in remembrance of Christ. However, student must be reverent and must be appreciative of what Communion symbolizes.  As believers, partake of the Holy Communion. Class is rewarding and resourceful regarded by Protestants as a sacrament. That is it’s an act of worship ordained by Christ and is a means of Grace.

Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

 

  • Discuss Holy Communion is God’s ordained channel of healing and wholeness.
  • Participate in Communion in remembrance of Christ
  • Apply principles of looking within as ask the Holy Spirit to show us any areas of our lives that may not be pleasing to God.
